Ports of Call

April
*Dido's, Brazoria, 7-11pm A one day return for Rick!

Yo Ho, me Hearties... This is a tale of the adventures of a group of modern day Intercoastal Pirates. Not the marauding or pillaging kind, mind you, but a band of musical skaliwags that go from town to town along the Gulf Coast looking for fun and adventure. I came to be in the company of this motley crew when I was bewitched by the First Mate's serenading some years ago. He began to keep company with these Intercoastal Pirates some time after that, and before I knew it, he was a full-fledged Pirate himself. Not that I mind it... a little swashbuckling never hurt anyone! It will be my duty to chronicle their adventures, journeys to distant waters, and all the fun along the way.

And we're off...

Ahoy there ye mateys and friends of the Intercoastal Pirates! I finally got a moment away from ship and sail to chronicle the happenings of late, and to announce a few ports we mean to pillage shortly!

Summer is certainly upon us, and with it come all of the summer parties, festivals, and wild weekends. Of course, we partake of such gatherings as often as we can manage. We've been making the stops about town and at private parties the county over, helping folks welcome summer, birthdays, or just welcome the weekend. Making lots of new friends and introducing quite a few folks to the pirating way of having fun. We've been enjoying the good times as well, and are looking forward to a great summer run.

Next up on the agenda is a stop in with our old mates at Dido's. Always a good place to get the finest of meals and kick up your heels once you're full. We'll provide the music, you can show us your most outrageous dance moves!

A private party or two come next, then we'll be returning to the Great Texas Mosquito Festival in Clute, sharing the stage with the Josh Ward Band and Randy Rogers. It will be a great night of music, so don't miss it.

There are lots of other dates on tap, so check back here or take a look at our other web sites:

You can keep up with all of the band's activities... at least those we can make public! Come on out and join us next time the big ship rolls in near your town. Or do we have to roll out the cannons again?????
